We deliver orders to addresses within our service area. Delivery availability, fees, and estimated times are shown at checkout or confirmed by the pharmacy. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by stock availability, prescription review, or circumstances beyond our control.

Orders for prescription or scheduled medicines will be processed only after the pharmacy has completed the required prescription and pharmacist checks. We may contact you for additional information or clarification before dispatch.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. Someone authorised to receive the order may need to be present. For medicines requiring special handling, the pharmacy will arrange delivery in a way that protects product quality and follows the manufacturer’s storage requirements and South African Pharmacy Council requirements.

If delivery cannot be completed, we may contact you to arrange another attempt or collection. Additional delivery charges may apply where disclosed. Please contact us promptly if your order is late, missing, or appears damaged.

Medicines that have left the pharmacy’s control may not be suitable for return to saleable stock if their quality or storage conditions cannot be verified. This does not limit any rights or remedies you may have under the Consumer Protection Act or other South African legislation.
